She was born in El Paso on October 6, 1961. Cindy is preceded in death by her parents Alonzo Candelaria and Irene R. Candelaria. She is survived by her husband Frank Montanez, Jr., her sister/cousin Patricia Bonilla, sister-in-law's Chelo Reza, Lucy Anders, Lolies Brown, Esther Wangner and many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, God children and many dear friends. She is also survived by her loving loyal pups Penny & Chloe whom she love dearly.
Cindy was truly a devoted wife to Frank for 24 1/2 years; they dated for 13 years before they got married in 1986.
Cindy was a 1979 graduate from Bel-Air High School and graduated from El Paso Community College in 1982. She was employed by Dynatec Labs as an Administrative Assistant.
Cindy was a beautiful and truly a special person. She had a great spirit of generosity, compassion for all and was a true friend. She was a very joyful person to be around. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and will never be forgotten.
