Benny Lee Gambrel

Benny “Ben” Lee Gambrel, born in Roy, New Mexico, 86 years old, passed away on February 11, 2018 at his home embraced with his family. Ben is survived by his wife Angie of 67 lovely years, his children Ray, Les, and Karen, and predeceased daughter Jewel Elizabeth Breen. Ben is also survived by brothers Charles, Tommy, and Bev, predeceased brother Bill and sister Betty. Ben is blessed with six surviving grandchildren, Courtney, Amber, Bryson, Chance, Justin, Brandon, as well as 13 great grandchildren. Ben enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing dominos, and time with family. Ben served many years as a deacon at Loma Terrace Baptist and Scottsdale Baptist Church. Ben always put God as a priority in his life and family as well. Services will be held at Scottsdale Baptist Church at 11am on Monday, February 19, 2018. Burial service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Caballo, New Mexico Cemetery.
