It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Benjamin Chase Allen, who left us on July 28, 2024. Born on October 22, 1983, in Anchorage, Alaska, Benjamin spent his life in El Paso, Texas, where he touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity.
Benjamin is survived by his loving parents, Maria (Vicky) and Clarence; his siblings, Billy, Vicky, and Brian; his cherished family, April, Jean, and Damien; and his beloved granddaughter, Madelyn. He was a devoted partner, son, grandson, brother, father, uncle, cousin, nephew, and PeePaw.
A gentle giant with a heart of gold, Benjamin was always ready with a joke and a helping hand. He was a father figure to his siblings and many young men, who became his “other sons”. He was a pillar of support for all who knew and loved him, especially the queens and princesses in life; his granddaughter, daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, Tita.
He was a strong, go-getter who loved to joke around and be sarcastic, bringing laughter and joy to those who knew him. Born into a hard working family by heritage, Benjamin upheld the family tradition with ease. Working for the greater part of his life Benjamin was the epitome of Jack of all Trades, Master of Most with his entrepreneurial spirit and diverse career. Always striving to provide for his family and those around him, Benjamin was the “above and beyond” personified
Benjamin’s love for animals was evident in his care for his pet snakes, dogs, cats and other exotic animals. He will always be remembered for his fondness for ducks, a love that started with childhood pets with which he would always play “soccer”.
Your body has left us but your soul and your presence have not. With the help of time our tears will wash away the sorrow and our memories will no longer be bitter sweet, and only sweet will remain. Your laughter will now be heard in the dancing of the leaves and your smile will live in the sun shining on our face. We will forever feel your warm embrace through the love we share as a family and your voice in the whisper of the light spring breeze.
Benjamin, you are so loved and so missed
A celebration of life for Benjamin will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Barn Venue, 2828 Lee Trevino Dr, El Paso, TX 79936.
Benjamin loves kids, in his memory we will have a bouncy house for the kids to play in. He would've insisted to have one.
