Arturo Perez

1932 - 2017

Passed away peacefully, early Saturday April 8th. Arturo was predeceased by his loving wife Juanita M. Perez, Daughter Idalia, his parents and 5 siblings.

Arturo was an extremely intelligent, very hard working man. In his youth he worked as a field laborer, later construction and during his work tenure of 22 years for YISD he also constructed numerous homes in Socorro and grew cotton after hours and on weekends.

Everywhere Tury went, there was always someone that knew him or he’d easily establish new friendships with his jolly demeanor and easygoing personality.

Arturo is survived by his son Arturo J. (Rosa), daughter’s Maria P. Zamora (Chuy), Juanita P. Campbell (David) and Anahi, eighteen Grandchildren, twenty nine Great Grand Children and 8 Great Great Grand Children.

Arturo will be greatly missed at his hangouts; Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, El Crucero, by his physicians and their staff, his wonderful neighbors (whom he held in high esteem) and by passersby whom he’d waved to or chat with in the evenings as he’d sit in his porch.

Visitation: Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Crestview Funeral Home 1462 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936

Vigil Service: Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Crestview Chapel A

Interment: Cremation
