Arturo O. Franco, 65, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024. He was born on April 23, 1959 in El Paso, Texas. Arturo was preceded in death by 2 sisters. He is survived by his daughters, Jeannette Enise Negrete and Jennifer Christine Franco and their mother, Joanna Franco. He is also survived by grandchildren, Elijah I. Franco, Angel M. Negrete, Nicole M. Negrete, Delilah A. Franco, and Sophia A. Ward; great grandchildren, Naveen Andrews, Juniper M. Negrete, and Nolan I. Franco; 1 brother and 1 sister. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. Services will conclude Tuesday evening.
