Our beautiful angel was called home on December 02, 2017. A lifelong resident of El Paso, Mom was preceded in death by son, Ricardo (Dicky) Gomez, Parents Margarita and Eduardo Reyes and Brother, Lalito Reyes. Mom was survived by Beloved Husband, Robert Garcia, loving children Dianna Sanchez, Yvonne Gomez and Edward Gutierrez, her only sister, Pilar Bailon, loving brothers, Polo Reyes, Joey Reyes and Cuy Reyes. Cherished Grandmother of Kris, Eric, Angelica, Jesus, Ricardo, and Desiree: Nine Great Grandchildren, two Great-Great Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, God Children and cousins. Our Beautiful Mom graduated from Bowie High School Class of 1957, a Proud Bowie Bear. She was voted Beauty Queen, was Football Princess, Captain of ROTC, and was in the Tennis Club. Mom worked at Levi Strauss as a supervisor. Mom loved singing and was a great dancer, particularly Rock and Roll. As the first born of the first born, Mom was “MOM” to everyone…Grandma Mom, Auntie Mom, Tia Mom, etc. Funeral services by Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N Carolina Dr, on Thursday, December 07, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with Rosary at 7pm. Mass Services will be held at Cristo Rey Church, 8011 Williamette Ave, on Friday, December 08, 2017 at 1:15pm.
