Alexander A. Ortiz (Chino), age 31, of Chaparral, New Mexico passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. He was born in El Paso, Texas on April 16, 1992. A beloved son, a beloved brother and a beautiful soul to many. Not one day will go by without the fondest memories of his humor, his laughter and the dimples in his cheeks from his smile. He will be deeply missed for the rest of our lives.
Alexander is survived by his parents Alberto and Helen, his loving sister Jennifer, his grandparents, aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Visitation for Alexander will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with Rosary at 10:30 AM, at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. Funeral mass will be Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1315 Travis Street, El Paso, Texas. A committal service will follow Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. Pallbearers: Carlos Payan, Eric Ortiz, Brandon Ortiz, Javiersito Ortiz, Carlos Ortiz, Rigo Ortiz, Andrew Ortiz, Brandon Webb and Mitchell Rohrbaugh.
