Hazel "Kitty" Allison Smith

Kitty was born on November 22, 1921 in Calhoun County, AR on her parent's Joseph L. and Fannie Wisinger Allison farm. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crossword and sudoku puzzles. Kitty's faith was important to her, she studied her Bible daily and was an active member of Marrable Hill Chapel until relocating to Dallas. The joy of her life was her family especially her great grandchildren.

Kitty was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Joe H. Allison, her sisters Ruby Lea Henderson and Jane Jones, a son Ferd T. Smith Jr., a grandson Wade Smith, daughter in law Angela Smith and her husband of 69 years Ferd T. Smith.

Survivors are a daughter Carol Ann (Billy) Easley of Whitney, TX; granddaughter Ashley (Phil) Luna of Jefferson, TX and great grandchildren Memphis and Graham Luna, a sister Mable Reddin of Ft. Worth,TX and a special nephew Ed Hearnsberger.

A private graveside service by Young's Funeral Directors will be held at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. J.D. Weido officiating.
