Eva Coma Watson

She was born July 22, 1921, to Perry R. and Hattie Smith Lewis in Mount Holly, AR. She was a member of Silver Hill United Methodist Church, and she was a homemaker, gardener, baby sitter, short order chef and a supporter of her family.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Monroe Watson; daughter, Betty Jo Davis; son, Charlie Watson; grandson, Tim Watson; and brother, Harold Lewis.

Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Wilkie (Mike) of Helena, AR; six grandchildren, Nanette Darden (Robert), Rick Warren (Janet), Stacey Haltom (Ronnie), Glenda Darden (John), Tina Stringer (Jack), William Upchurch (Courtney); thirteen great grandchildren, Josh Warren, Cody Stringer (Candace), Mary Catherine White (David), Justin Haltom, Jessi Jennings (Nathan), Caitlin Warren (fiancée Joe Tillson), Drew Stringer, Landon Darden, Heather Haltom, Clay Stringer, Colton Upchurch, Trey Darden, Madeline Upchurch; two great-great grandchildren, Tatum White, Braylee Tillson; son-in-law, Daymon Davis and daughter-in-law, Barbara Watson Davis; sister-in-law, Marjorie Nell Lewis all of Mount Holly; along with numerous nieces and nephews of the Watson and Lewis families.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Young’s.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Silver Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Leon Dixon and Rev. Mike Wilkie officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Hill Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Serving as pallbearers will be her great grandsons.
