Frank was born December 8, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He was the third child of John and Zella Lewis. His siblings included Belvia Witte, Jesse Lewis, Brenda Randall, Vicky Cate, Leah Davis and Adrianne Clark.
Frank's family migrated from Indiana to Arizona and then finally to San Diego, California.
Frank enlisted in the Marine Corps at seventeen, married Karen at twenty-one and became a long distance truck driver at twenty-two. He eventually owned his own, small trucking company, 747 Trucking, and spent over fifty years driving across the country he loved.
He is survived by His Beloved Wife Karen, children Tim Lewis and Nina Burns, and many other family members and friends.
