It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Pate. He will be greatly missed by his loving life partner, Ingrid Diefenbach; mother, Margaret Pate; siblings, Helen (Jerry) Painter, Dan (Tracy) Pate, Jeanette (John) Butt, Sandra Pate, Linda (Jeff) Stephens; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was predeceased by his father, William James Pate.The family wishes to thank the staff at the Grey Nuns ICU ( Dr. A Liu, Sonia, Hollie, Kristy, Zaza, Jan, and all other support staff) for their care and compassion.
Because of Bill’s love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to any animal rescue society.
