Robert James Brown

Born on April 17, 1937 in Biggar, Saskatchewan. Bob is survived by his wife of 18 years, Carolynne; sons, Jason (Katrina), Jay (Jackie); daughters, Tracy (Mark) and Sandy (Leon); 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 2 nieces, Loretta and Florence.

He was predeceased by his parents, Tom and Loretta; wife, Evelyn; sisters, Charmaine and Nora; daughters, Cindy and Shelley and his brother-in-law Harold.

Bob was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and brother. He served his country in the Air Force for 23 years going on to have a career with Canada Post where he retired as a superintendent. After his retirement Bob gave of himself through volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul, The Food Bank and Oxford Bay on the board as Vice President.

He will be sadly and dearly missed, affectionately remembered for his kindness and sense of humour by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Bob at St. Charles Parish, 17511-112 Street, Edmonton at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 15, 2023 with Father Mark Cramer Presiding.
