Maria was loved by so many because of her sweet and caring nature. She enjoyed watching her soap operas and game shows, loved to sew and cook, and was an avid Oilers fan. She also enjoyed playing her favourite slot machine whenever she got the chance. But her happiest moments were when she was with her family, especially her great grandchildren.
She is survived by her 4 children: Tessie (Ed), Isidra (Paul), Aida (Joe), and Carlos; her 6 grandchildren: Leanne (Hung), Melissa (Vince), Justin, Julie (Brian), Susie, and Michael; and 8 great grandchildren: Isaiah, Samantha, Ethan, Hailey, Isaac, Adrian, Chloe, and Theo.
Viewing to take place on Sunday, November 8, 2020 from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Hainstock's Funeral Home.
Funeral service to be held on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 11:00am at The Catholic Parish of Corpus Christi.
