June Emma Kerrison

June attended Eastglen High School and is on their Alumni Wall of Fame as a community leader, and Sait for Fashion Design. She married Bob Kerrison on May 30, 1959 in a double wedding with her twin sister Julie Heuman (Tony). They had 2 children Brad and Tamara. She worked as a freelance fashion designer and ran various boutiques before opening June's House of Fashion which June and Bob ran together for 23 years. After that she opened All Tucked In in 1999 and closed in 2024.

She was an avid community supporter doing fundraising fashion shows for 20 years for the Canadian Cancer Society as well as her involvement in Relay for Life and the Hadassah Bazaar to name a few. June was awarded the Golden Jubilee Medal for outstanding community service.

June is survived by Brad Kerrison (Sherry), Tamara Baltzan (Christopher), Grandchildren Ashley Payne(Brennan), Mike Kerrison (Tiffany),Benjamin Baltzan, Great Grandchildren Alexis, Mckayla and Logan. Siblings Julie Heuman, Mel Strosher (Sharon) and Mark Strosher.

She was preceded by her parents Ted and Phyllis Strosher, husband Bob Kerrison and great grandson Aaden Blackburn.

A celebration of life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
