Born September 14 1926 in Heisler Alberta and passed away peacefully June 29 2024 at the age of 97 in Edmonton Alberta.
Irene is survived by her daughter Kathleen (Marv) Carlson of Calgary, her son Brian (Cathy) Wagner of Edmonton and her daughter Patricia (Dave) Faust of Texas. Her five grandchildren, Christine, Jessica, Lauren, Benjamin, and David, 7 great grandchildren, Mila, Alianna, Callie, Juno, Landon, Heath and Charlotte. She was predeceased by her husband Rudy in 2012.
Irene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. She greatly enjoyed playing cards with friends and travelling extensively with her husband Rudy.
