Mr. Garcia was born on 15th November, 1932 in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. His parents are Isabel Gango and Narciso Garcia. He was the youngest among the 4 children, Mercedes, Fermin and Victoria. He was influenced by his family to be a loving and caring father and friend.
He was very hardworking and always giving his time to his family and others. He is a retired farmer and never stop working at the farm when was still able to do it for the family. He married his wife Beatriz Garcia on April 16, 1967. They raised 7 kids, 2 boys and 5 girls.
He was active in the community and was one of the Pioneer members at San Joaquin Cooperative in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. He moved with his wife to Hawaii in 2006 and came to Canada in 2018. He loves music and he used to play Banduria or Ukelele. He enjoyed travelling with his wife and they had been traveling around United States and some part in Canada.
Eugenio was one of the kindest people you could ever meet with an opened heart and happy personality. You can always catch him smiling especially in front of the camera. Also, he would never complain unless if he really feels pain or he is not able to do it. He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife and 6 kids, his son, Eddie and 5 daughters, Emma, Ernanie, Evanie, Elizabeth and Eugenia and his 11 grandkids.
A Visitation and Funeral Service for Eugenio will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9810- 34th Ave, Edmonton, AB T6E6L1.
