Heidi Lemmer-McCaleb

Her parents, William States Lemmer, Sr. and Harriet Jane Lemmer, raised their family in Edmond, Oklahoma. Heidi was a loving and vibrant mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Heidi graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1981, where she developed many lifetime friendships. She later married Kevin McCaleb of Edmond, Oklahoma. They both loved traveling and shared fond memories of their time living together in Maui, Hawaii. After settling down in Edmond, Kevin and Heidi had three children together.

Heidi was a dedicated mother and considered her children to be her greatest passion in life. She loved and adored her mother, Jane. Heidi made fast friends wherever she went and was often the life of the party. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, gardening in her yard, boating at the lake, and jogging at Hafer Park. She was an exceptional cook and always looked forward to preparing her famous chicken enchiladas for her family. Heidi was a devoted Christian and found comfort in the word of God.

Heidi was preceded in death by her father, William States Lemmer, Sr., and brother, Rick Fox.

Heidi is survived by her mother, Harriet Jane Lemmer of Edmond; daughter, Lacey Jane McCaleb of Oklahoma City; son, Ryan Neal McCaleb and his wife, Alexandra McCaleb of Oklahoma City; son, Matthew Brent McCaleb and his fiancée, Kadi Jones of Guthrie; brother, Scott Clanton and his wife, Kristi Clanton; brother, Chris Clanton and his wife, Kalindi Kunis; brother, Mick Fox; brother, Steve Fox; and brother, William Lemmer, Jr. and his wife, Shawn Lemmer.

Memorial Services will be at 1:00 PM, February 22, 2022, at First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, 201 East 2nd Street, Edmond, Oklahoma with a reception to immediately follow.
