Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who touched the lives of those around her. She met her husband Don through a mutual friend and it was love at first sight. Thirty days after their first date, the two were engaged. They were married for 64 memorable years.
Sharon will always be remembered for her witty spirit, sense of humor, and love for life. Sharon’s greatest joy was spending time with her family whom she adored. She also looked forward to the holidays, especially Christmas.
Sharon enjoyed taking long walks with her husband, traveling up north for anniversaries, cross country skiing, playing golf and watching sports. She was especially proud of her three grandchildren and made it a priority to attend every sporting event, dance recital or school function. The joy that her children and grandchildren brought will forever live on.
She was loved by many people and will be deeply missed. Her beautiful life will be forever cherished and remembered in the lives of her three children, Debbie (Michael), Sue (Dan), and Donald Jr.; grandchildren, Lindsey (Jordan), Travis, and Brityn; and great-grandchild, Monroe. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, the late Donald Jenks Sr. as well as her parents, Paul and Elsie Clark.
