I will remember Mary with much affection.

I am sorry for the families loss.  Mary was a wonderful caring person and we enjoyed so much having her in the MMM Investment Club in Kalamazoo.

To the family of Mary. I've known Mary for many years and have never known anyone as caring as Mary. She was one of my favorite people, so smart and helpful and loving. We've had many adventures over the years and I treasure each one. Mary was a joy to be around, always fun and interesting. I didn't know her when she was a nurse, but I'm sure she was an excellent one. She loved teaching sewing, especially to kids. She taught me so much over the years. I'll miss her so. Deb Nobeboom

My thoughts  and prayers are with you all today and tomorrow. I have known Mary for several years. She was one of a kind. I'm going to miss her. We sewed together and I'm going to miss our talks. She always knew what to say to make you feel better.  I know she is pain free now. Love you Mary

Mary and I shared the same birthday and we would send cards to each other to celebrate or meet for lunch.  She so reminded me of Aunt Grace....just a classy and kind lady. She will be missed.

Mary and Al were at our house in Owosso playing bridge 60 years ago when I went into labor for our first child, a son.  We continued the game in the labor room and then Mary stayed with me in the delivery room.  We had many fun times together over the years when our kids were young.

I'm saddened to hear about Mary passing.  I knew Mary for many years through Beta Sigma Phi and we shared a love for sewing and quilting.  I have some of her quilting supplies and when I use them they bring back many warm memories of Mary and our fun times together.  She left her imprint on the hearts of many.

I am so very saddened about the loss of this great lady!  Mary was an amazing support to me, and when Adam and Chris were growing up.  She was always incredibly generous with everyone, especially her grandchildren.  Mary was one of the hardest working women I have every known and I learned so much from her.  She was an amazing seamstress, not to mention made and decorated the best cakes of anyone I know!  
I know you are with the Lord now Mary and I am comforted in the knowledge that I will see you again!

Mary, Mary you  are such a sweet lady!  I'm so glad I got to know you and I enjoyed working with you at Viking.  We had some laughs!  I always had so much fun helping you when you came in to shop!  When you came in, we were delighted cause  you would share  your positive, selfless, kind and loving spirit!  And we are sure gonna  miss you!   I know you are no longer in any pain.   Love to you and your family.
