Marcia Bradford DeLind

Born in San Jose, CA, Marcia was a longtime Okemos resident and teacher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and James Corkrey, and is survived by her sisters, Shelia Hedeman and Corinne Worden.

She adored her children and grandchildren beyond words. She loved being with them and reveled in watching and sharing in their many accomplishments in school, sports, and on the stage.

She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her children, Molly Wanko (Jeff), Anne Wendt (Tom), and Thomas DeLind (Kelly), her grandchildren Aaron, Isaac, and Naomi Wanko, Felix, Eliza, Caz and Mairead Wendt, and Ben and Clare DeLind, nephew Brad Hedeman, and her devoted husband of 53 years, Robert DeLind.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sparrow Hospital Hospice.
