With a heavy heart, I extend my sincere condolences.  Ed was my right-hand man at the Police Examination Review Committee meetings, giving his official stamp of approval to all our work. The seat beside me will feel strangely empty now. I will miss hearing all the great stories he had to tell - he always filled the room with laughter. He will certainly not be forgotten.
