Ronald Eugene Parker, age 70 of Erwin died Tuesday, September 22, 2021 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, NC.
Ronald was born on May 20, 1921 in Cumberland County the son of the late Earl Parker and Vira Ellen Crane Parker. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Herbstreith and Brenda West, and three brothers, Earl Alfred Parker, Ricky Parker and William Parker.
Ronald was a friend to all that knew him. There was always a smile on his face; loving life living each day to the fullest. Meeting people, making new friends was never a challenge for him. He was a giving person and had a heart of gold and loved everyone. He always wanted to help people and enjoyed mowing grass or doing anything that needed doing, Ronald was there to take care of his neighborhood.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 am at Erwin Memorial Park.
He is survived by: Four Sisters: Rita Secor of Erwin, NC; Wanda Brewer of Dunn, NC; Diane Norris & (husband) Garland of Lillington, NC; Debbie Ivey of Lillington, NC.
The Family will be receive friends Saturday Morning, September 25, 2021 from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn.
Due to covid mask are required in the funeral home.
