James A Fouts passed away on September 2, 2020 in Ennis, TX. He was born on September 16, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Roy and Mary Fouts. James a proud Baptist. He had many interests such as, bowling, car races, The State Fair, oldies music, roller skating and bicycle riding. He had a great love of Americas Team - The Dallas Cowboys and is proudly wearing his Cowboys gear in heaven. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, infant son and his grandparents, Willie and Mattie Meazle and Everett and Either Fouts. James is survived by sons, Brian Rodgers and Dennis Paul; brother, Roy Fouts and his wife Vanessa; sisters Patty Culverhouse and Judy Jones; 8 nieces, 5 nephews; first wife, Donna and second wife, Sherry. A Committal Service will be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas, TX.
