Gayla Ann Ward

Gayla Ann Ward passed away on August 9, 2020 in Dallas, TX. She was born on May 25, 1971 to Edward and Lola in Dallas, TX. She was a member of The Lighthouse church and worked for Methodist Dallas Medical Center for 13 years and made numerous friends within that time. Gayla enjoyed singing, coaching volleyball, going to the movies and family activities. She loved her job, The Mavericks, vacationing and going to Six Flags. Gayla will truly be remembered for the love she had for her kids. They were everything to her. She will be greatly missed. Gayla is survived by her mother; spouse, Marty Ward; daughter, Breeann Ward; son, Brandyn Ward; sister, Judy (Dennis) Carey; brother, Norman (Brenda) Sauls and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. A Visitation will be held at The Lighthouse Church – Dallas, TX on Thursday August 20, 2020 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am with the Funeral Service beginning promptly at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park.
