Dear Jim, Judy, Tom and all your families.  I (we) just read your dear Mom's obit and heard from friends of her passing.  Certainly our sympathies to you during your grief and so much more.  Blessed memories of Fred and Jan the many years here in Alex.  My parents, Vic and Bea considered them true and dear friends.  Solid faith filled folks who were a joy to be around.  And how could you not with your Mom's ever cheerful disposition. Your folks sure blest many throughout their lives.   As we go through our old family photo albums, we still have one with our then young family at their Lake Carlos home, celebrating a wedding anniversary, 50th perhaps?  May wonderful memories and our hope in the ressurection bring you much peace and joy.

We have wonderful memories of Jan and Fred who welcomed our young family to the East Lake Carlos neighborhood 40+ years ago.  Jan and I were in the same Homemakers club and she introduced me to liquid embroidery.

Dear Jim, Judy and Families.  Just heard about your loss this evening.  Have so many good memories of your family.  Ken asked if he'd ever met your mom.  I said. "No, but she had the most beautful smile and was a real sweetheart." Thinking of you all with love, care and sympathy.

Many wonderful memories of Fred & Janice.  Some of the first friends I met when coming to Mpls in 1956.  Thinking of you all.

Thinking of all of you this am.  I remember your Mom from years ago.  Her tribute is she raised a wonderful family which now extends to four generations.  Would love to be with you all.  Sincere sympathy.  Jean Nelson

Oh my - Janice is released, but it does not dim the memories of she and Fred and the children.  Roy mentioned often about them living so near the Droel's.
To know God holds life and death in His power only is such a comfort.
Situations and timing are part of His Perfect Plan.  Kind thoughts from Betty (Weiland) Droel.  Weiland's also were friends of the Mitchell's.
