Susan Beth Ogle Cherry, age 66, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019. A native of Douglasville, Susan was born December 20, 1952. She lived all of her life in Douglasville, and had worked at WellStar Douglas Hospital.
Susan loved spending time at the beach. She loved music and enjoyed attending concerts. She collected clowns, miniature clocks, loved cats, and enjoyed reading in her spare time.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, John and Betty (Gilstrap) Ogle; and a brother, Johnny Ogle.
She is survived by a sister, Kitty Ogle (Darren) Black; a brother, Russell Ogle; niece, Jessica Black (Andrew) King; nephews, Bryan Ogle and Eric Ogle; great-nephew, Gavin Trollinger; as well as many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM in the Rosehaven Memorial Park with Reverend Terry Marbut officiating.
