Rhonda was born in Smyrna, Georgia on May 3, 1958, the daughter of the late Reginald Brady and the late Reba Cannady Brady. For the last 10+ years, Rhonda enjoyed her role as owner/operator of Custom Cleaning Services in Douglasville, Georgia which she deemed a ministry to serve and bless others.
Her greatest ministry however, was her family (both blood related and those she adopted along the way). She absolutely loved and adored spoiling her grandchildren as much as possible, and attended every event she was able. Rhonda would do without to give her last, and was most often described as strong, loyal, loving, independent, creative, talented and detail oriented. She loved nature and all it had to offer, specifically the beach, camping, hiking, and gardening. If the sun was shining, she wanted to be in it. Rhonda had a determination about her that motivated her to learn anything from auto mechanics to carpentry to classical music on the piano. She loved the Lord and was an amazing inspiration to so many. She will be missed immensely.
She is survived by her former husband, Timothy Gregory Smith, I; son and daughter-in-law, Timothy Gregory Smith, II and Kat Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Christopher Bonich; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Debbie Brady; brother Don Brady; grandchildren, Kylie Smith, Ryan Smith, Mason Smith, Gavin Cheeks and Robert Bonich; nephews, Branson Brady and Tyler Brady.
She is preceded in death by her parents Reginald and Reba, and twin grandsons, Alex and Aden Smith.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at Chapelhill Church, 5357 Chapel Hill Road, Douglasville, GA 30135; Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the main worship auditorium.
