Peggy Louise Crofts

Mrs. Peggy Crofts, age 68 years old, was born in Rome, GA on June 24, 1950. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and Mimi. Peggy resided in Douglasville, GA for the past 45 years. She retired from Grey Stone Power Corp in 2005; after working with the Company for 20 plus years as a Member Services Rep. Peggy was committed to the Grey Stone Retired employees, participating in their monthly outings and activities. She was an avid enthusiast of the Republican Party, raising support and an awareness for the conservative position in our Community and Country.

Peggy was very passionate about the people in her life and always ready to help in any way she could. Her sudden passing comes with great sorrow and grief for our family. She was a beautiful light that shined bright in so many lives and her loving presence will forever be mourned.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Walter Randolph "Randy" Crofts; her son and daughter-in-law, John D. Underwood and Genia Underwood; daughter, Patricia Underwood; son, Jason Morrison; son and daughter-in-law, Scott Crofts and Stacey Crofts; grandchildren, Kayla Reese, Tyler Waldrop, Hillary Williams, Joshua Waldrop, Blake Ledford, Josie Waldrop, Gavin Morrison, Shayla Brooks, Ryland and Jaxon Holley, and Corbin Crofts; sister and brother-in-law, Jeri Schell and Mark Schell.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 5 until 8 o’clock pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 in the Rosehaven Chapel. Interment will follow at Rosehaven Memorial Park.
