Linda Hall Bell

Mrs. Linda Hall Bell, age 68, of Douglasville, GA passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. She was born January 26, 1949 in Atlanta, GA. In her youth, Linda was an avid bowler. Linda graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1967. In the early 70’s she worked at Rich’s in Atlanta and then C&S Bank. She worked at Parisian/Belk in customer service. She was working at Wellstar Cobb Hospital as a financial counselor, when she was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2011. She enjoyed watching her son JP play little league ball, making sure everyone could hear her cheering him on. Her favorite thing was being GiGi to her grandchildren. Mrs. Bell is preceded in death by her parents, John Quincy Hall, Sr. and Elizabeth Hall. She is survived by her husband, John Thomas Bell; son JP (Kelli) Bell; daughters Kim (Ed) Reed and Jennifer Bell; brother John Q. (Beverly) Hall, Jr; sister Susan (Tom) Hall Burnette and grandchildren Cody Reed, Wyatt Reed, Gannon Bell and Baxley Bell. A memorial service will be held at 1 o’clock pm on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Crossroads Church, 5960 Stewart Pkwy, Douglasville, GA 30135. Officiating will be Pastor Justin McKinney.
