Ken, also called Gandalf, passed away peacefully at his home in the early morning. He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen Keck and two sons, Michael and Kenny. He was also survived by his niece, Nicole.
Ken was retired from the International Elevator Contractors Union Local 32. He was involved with a non-profit called Vision 21 aimed at helping end homelessness. He was an avid sports fan, a car enthusiast, and his laugh filled the room. He was a dependable man, the type of person to give the shirt off his back if it meant helping someone. He was also an active member of the Moose Lodge.
Ken was a devoted husband and father. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until service time. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Rosehaven Chapel.
