He was born in Brownsville, Texas on November 29, 1992. Jose was a 2011 Graduate of Douglas County High School. He was a very caring person, always putting other people’s needs before his own. He was a loving husband, wonderful father and provider and a great son-in-law. When Jose wasn’t working hard at his job as a foreman, he would enjoy cooking for his family—especially grilling, doing yard work and working on cars, including his Mobile Cutlass. Jose also loved his Ford F150 pickup truck. He was very active and enjoyed working out. Jose loved watching horror films with “IT” being his favorite. Jose also enjoyed watching boxing fights and listening to music on his sound bar and his music systems. Jose was always laughing and so happy just to live life! He loved his shoes and had quite the collection of high tops and Converse.
He is survived by his wife, Elsa Arizmendiz; daughters, Sarahee Pacheco and Isabel Cruz; sons, Jose Victor Cruz and Elisio Cruz; mother, Alma Cruz; father, Jose Cruz; brothers, Eric Cruz, Angel Cruz, John Cruz and Jose Cruz and sisters, Angelica Cruz and Roxanne Cruz.
