She loved friends and music. She could be found among the crowd of fans at many George Straight concerts, as she attended over 100, with her best friend Gloria. Her zest for life reached into her church life also. Gail loved her church, Shepard of the Hills Methodist. She showed her love for the people within the church by attending the women's group and Friday lunches as often as she could. Gail's love for people also reached out into her community. She volunteered at the food pantry and considered everyone that walked through the door family. When Gail was not spending time with friends, serving the community, or church, she could be found relaxing at home watching baseball or tennis.
She will be deeply missed, but we know she is with her heavenly father.
Gail is survived by her son Keith Hamlin; and her daughter Donna Hamlin; her granddaughter Nikki Warnars, her grandsons Zach and Allen Hamlin.
Gail was preceded in death by her daughter Sandy Lee; her parents Walton and Carmen Crouch; her brother James Crouch.
Gail also leaves behind numerous friends to cherish her memory.
A visitation with family and friends for Gail will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home, Douglasville, GA, followed by a celebration of life service at 2:00 PM.
