Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend. She had a passion for taking care of her family and cooking.
She is survived by her five children, David Musco (Donna), Ann Garcia (Miguel), James Musco (Jesseca), Michael Musco (Landora), and Joseph Musco Jr.; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and three siblings, Patsy Suggs (Clifford), Katherine Brocato, and Kerry Thibodeaux (Patricia).
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Musco; parents, Kearney Sr. and Sadie Thibodeaux and two siblings, Rosemary Curry and Kearney Thibodeaux Jr.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Clarity Hospice and their staff, Christen Lundy-Turner, Terri Washington, and Shawna Martin for their care and support. They would also like to thank Shelia Musco whom Betty loved dearly, Katherine Brocato, Julissa Garcia, Ann Garcia, Audrey Johnson, Lena Madere, and Donna Musco.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Donaldsonville from 10am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am burial to follow in the church cemetery.
