Mr. Gregory Steven Weir

Greg lobster fished 96 season’s in LFA 34-35-36. When Greg was not on the water, you could find him digging clams. He followed his father, starting from a very young age. Greg loved to tease his mother, Pam about her cooking. Greg enjoyed time spent with his son, Steven deer hunting, four wheeling and vacation time together. He loved to show Steven how to band lobster’s and dig clams. Greg enjoyed many daily phone calls with his sister’s, Renee and April. Once Greg retired from fishing, he loved to spend time with his fiancé, Lisa in their home in Greywood and at the lake. Gregory will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

Greg is survived by, fiancé, Lisa; son, Steven Weir and his mom Sharon Weir; sisters, April (Dean) Gosson, Renee (Jason) Stewart; nieces and nephews, Marcus, Madison, Jeremy, Breanne as well as great nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, Greg was predeceased by his grandparents, Sam and Clara Weir; Leo and Margaret Linteri.

A heart felt thank you to Lisa Orde for all you have done for our father, brother and friend.

Funeral service will be held at 1pm on February 3, 2024 at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby.
