Cecil Charles Mosher

Cecil Charles Mosher age 82 of Digby passed away at Digby General Hospital on May 22, 2022. Born in Digby, he was a son of the late Cecil Sr. and Audrey (Tidd) Mosher. Cecil served with the Royal Canadian Air Force for 32 years including two tours in Cyprus. He loved sports, especially the Detroit Red Wings. The thing he enjoyed most was playing golf and looking for golf balls. Cecil is survived by spouse, Linda LeBlanc; his children, Shelley Smith, Mike (Shelley), Robbie (Vonnie), Lori; his grandchildren, Daniel, Tyler, Jeff, Jeremy, Nevyn; his great grandchildren, Dani-Lynn, Lexi, Charlotte, Keiralyn, Mackenzie, Lily, Chandler; sister, Karen (Maurice) Deveau; brother, Robert “Bobby” Mosher, Kenny (Dale) Mosher, Kevin (Patti) Mosher, Keith; brother in law, Dave Thomas; sister in law, Leona Mosher and many nieces and nephews. Besides Cecil’s parents he was predeceased by his first wife, Frances (LeClair) Mosher; son, Stephen; grandson, Joey Cole; Justin Pike; son in law, Wade Smith; sisters, Shirley Mosher, Delma Fisher; brother, “Bean” Wallace; sister in law, Marlene Thomas . Donation is Cecil’s memory can be made to Heart and Stroke or charity of choice. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Valley Regional, Yarmouth and Digby hospitals; paramedics and a special thank you to the VON.
