Deb was a loving and caring stay-at-home mother who found immense joy in spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was the heart and soul of her family, always ensuring that everyone was loved and cared for. Known for her exceptional cooking skills, Deb loved to feed not only her family but also the many wildlife visitors at "Club Deb." Deb enjoyed all sports, especially baseball and the Detroit Tigers. Deb had a way of making sure everyone felt welcome, from the days of living in Westland to retiring with her love in Grass Lake. The door was always open at the Parrish household, and you could count on a cup of coffee, listening ear, and smile when you walked through the door.
Her love for animals and bright colors reflected her vibrant personality. Fiercely loyal to those she loved, Deb possessed a unique swagger and confidence that was unmatched. Deb saw the world through rose-colored glasses, bringing a touch of warmth and optimism to everyone she encountered.
Deb is survived by the love of her life, Mark Parrish; her son, Joshua (Kristie); her daughter, Stephanie (Brandon); and her four grandchildren, Brendan, Noah, Nolan, and Nora. She is predeceased by her parents, Charles and Patricia Fry; and her in-laws, Charles and JoAnn Parrish.
