Ronald Fred White

Ron graduated from Creston High School in Grand Rapids, MI with the class of 1961. He proudly served in the United States Army for two years before devoting the next 30+ years being employed in the pharmaceutical industry. Ronald married his beloved wife of 53 years, Susan Glerum, in Grand Rapids, Michigan and moved to the Lansing area in 1989. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Okemos, MI, and he enjoyed golfing, bowling, and Sudoku puzzles. Ron was a straight shooter with a good sense of humor and he will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Susan White; son, Scott White (Emily); six grandchildren, Britney, Jacob, Shaelynn, Breanne, Kennedy, and Elijah. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Douglas White.

A visitation will be held for Ronald on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home DeWitt Chapel, 205 E Washington St., DeWitt, MI 48820.

The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and doctors in the intensive care unit at the McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital.
