Margaret Louise Kirchen

Margaret is a member of Redeemer Methodist Church, Red Hat Society, and Lioness Club of DeWitt. She enjoyed attending church, having coffee on Friday mornings, going to the casino, and playing cards with her lady friends. She especially enjoying having phone conversations with her grandsons. In the kitchen, she loved making her special cookies and her macaroni and cheese, which everyone loved!

She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frank Kirchen, who passed away in 2010; her parents, Harry and Evelyn Yeoman; daughter, Beverly Jo McCreery; sister and brother in law, Beverly and James Drushel; brother, Robert Yeoman; in-laws, Jake and Dorothy Kirchen.

Surviving to cherish their memories of Margaret are daughter, Kathi (Rob) Horwath; son-in-law, Bob McCreery; grandsons, Conner and Jacob McCreery; sister-in-laws, Donna Yeoman, Betty Schaffer, Pat Kirchen; as well as many nieces and nephews who were very special to her.

The family of Margaret would like to thank her special neighbors for all they have done over the years.

Visitation for Margaret will take place on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington St., DeWitt, Michigan 48820. Service will take place Saturday, December 11, 2021, beginning at 11:00 AM with visitation one-hour prior at Northpointe Community Church, 505 E Webb Rd., DeWitt, Michigan 48820.
