Virginia Pitner Memorial visitation for Virginia Pitner (nee Macarska), 85, of Elmwood Park, will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon Friday, April 29, at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Highway/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines. Fr. John Guiney will officiate. Inurnment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles. Born July 10, 1925, in Chicago, she died April 22, 2011, in Des Plaines. Virginia was a home maker who loved to cook. She was the mother of Ronald (Sally) Pitner, Barbara Del Principe, Robert Pitner, Judy Young, Patricia (James) Doyle, and the late Dennis (Vivian) Pitner; grandmother of 15; and great-grandmother of 20. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Arthritis Foundation appreciated.
