John Kiraly, 78, of Des Plaines; loving husband of 51 years to Margaret nee Koller Kiraly; devoted father of Maria (Jamie) Rosner, John Paul (Ann) Kiraly, Peter Kiraly, Tricia (Andy) Marks and Philip (Lindsay) Kiraly; dear grandfather of Hannah, Dylan, John, Lauren, Alex and Colin. John was born in 1935 and immigrated to the United States in 1956, settling in Des Plaines. He was a 54-year employee of the Des Plaines Park District, serving from 1964-1999 as superintendent of Lake Park Golf Course. John is survived by 4 siblings in Hungary. Visitation Friday from 3-9pm at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Highway/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines, IL. Funeral Saturday 9:15 am from chapel to St. Mary Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines, IL, Mass 10am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
