He is survived by his wife Eloisa Orillo Fernando, sons Aaron Mithchell and Jordan Matthew. He leaves behind siblings Noel (Cecilia) Fernando, Rodillo (Nieva) Fernando and Florida nee Mendoza Ko as well as many nieces and nephews. Seferini, Sergei and Shadrick (Stacey) Fernando. Noel Fernando Jr. Grand-nieces and nephews Eliza Jane, Sophia Grace, Sabrina Claire, Sawyer Josef, and Khira Jenel Fernando. In-laws Elaine Orillo Tate (late-Bradley), Emmanuel (Alice Koh), nephews and nieces Courtney Nicole (Stuart) Casarotto, Austin James and Andrew James Tate, Emma Nicole Koh Orillo.
Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2023 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. Des Plaines, IL 60016. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Gertrude Church, 9613 Schiller Blvd., Franklin Park, IL 60131. Interment will be private.
