Yvonne Lou Hayes Jackson, 90, of Ragley, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at her residence. She was born to her late parents, Elmer and Blanche Hayes on December 15, 1930 in Hayes, LA. She enjoyed sewing (especially quilting), and working with her husband on the farm raising cattle and sheep. Yvonne and her husband raised prize winning 4H show animals, hogs and goats. Yvonne was an antique doll collector and even made and painted her own dolls, which were beautiful.
She is survived by her son, Don N. Jackson and wife Martha of Singer; daughter, Kathy Bosley of Ragley; five grandchildren, John Jackson, Erin Christerson, JenniLee Stowell, Blake R. Bosley, Jillian R. Holliday; along with seven great grandchildren, Scotti, Allie, Jackson, Jolie, Hayes, Helen, and Harrison.
Yvonne is preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 60 years, Billie Jackson; son-in-law, Chuck Bosley; one brother, Reynolds Hayes; along with one sister, Alberta Lyons.
A Graveside Service will be held at Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery in Ragley at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 26, 2020, with Bro. David Free officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, beginning at 12:00pm at Magnolia Baptist Church in Ragley until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Magnolia Baptist Church in Ragley.
