Larry D. Dodds

60, of Aurora, passed away April 1, 2015. Larry is preceded in death by his beloved, Grandparents, Clarence and Ola Halliburton, Charlie, Sr. and Willie Mae Dodds; mother, Bernice Halliburton Smith, Authel Smith; uncles, Clarence Halliburton, Jr. Charlie Dodds, Jr., James Dodds; and brothers, Dwayne Smith and Michael Smith.

Larry is survived by his wife, Sondra Dodds; Mr. Tellus Dodds; daughters, Tiphanie (Ronald) Dodds Hayes, Deanna Dodds; step-daughters, Tawaualla Jackson, Brandy (Harry) McGregor Wimbush; grandchildren, Shamari Dodds, Skyye Dodds; brother, Rev. Alvin (Wanda) Jordan; sister, Brenda Smith; aunts Annie Mae (the late Rev. Alvin) Hill, Julia Halliburton, Gertrude Dodds Harris, Katrina Dodds Dobbs, Gayetta Dodds Johnson, Beatrice Dodds Bryant, Juanity Dodds Moreland, Marilyn Dodds Page; uncles, Virgil (Jean) Halliburton, Sam (Michelle) Halliburton Harvey Dodds, Travis Dodds, John Everette Dodds, Lonzell Dodds and Dean Dodds Smith. He is also survived by a host of cousins, other family members and friends.

Larry was an accomplished electrical engineer. He spent a lot of time with the IBEW. He will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 11am at Unity Church of God and Christ, 2428 Ogden Street, Denver, Colorado 80205.
