Bernice E. Kristenson-Miller of Pasadena, CA passed away on January 31, 2012 in Paso Robles, CA. She was born on October 31, 1915 in Arvada, CO and resided for much of her life in Englewood, CO where she was an administrative assistant for a real estate and insurance agency. After the death of her first husband, John Kristenson in 1993, she moved to Claremont, CA. There Bernice reconnected with a friend from her past, I.E. (Gene) Miller, and they were married in 1995. After Gene passed away in 2007, she moved to Pasadena, CA.
Bernice was a kind and caring individual who was actively involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed painting, music, poetry, gardening, and cooking. Bernice is survived by her son, Charles G. Kristenson of Costa Mesa, CA; her daughter, Linda J. Kristenson of Atascadero, CA; her sister, Ollie Jane Hancock of Littleton, CO; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday, February 10 at 1 p.m. at Moore Howard Chapel, 4345 West 46th Ave, Denver, CO 80212.
