He always pursued excellence in every aspect of his life. He took much pleasure in standing on the side line for a DHS Panther football game and raising his arms to indicate “Touchdown Panthers.”
Cory was also very active with the Delcambre Shrimp Festival. He was responsible for boiling the shrimp, and always wanted to be sure that they were enjoyed by all.
The love he had for his wife was undeniable, but he also had a special love for his English bulldog “Squeezer”
Cory looked forward to spending time with his family and DHS extended family upon his retirement in January. He also enjoyed spending time at his camp, camping and hunting. He will be missed by the community of Delcambre, Delcambre High School and his family for all of the love and support he always so willingly gave.
