Growing up, Teddy, Scott Terry (Little Dirt), and I were inseparable. As kids, we played hard, and fast on the east side of Salisbury. We were friends and family, and I cherish the memory of those days.

I was very sad to learn of the passing of my old friend Teddy. Although we have not seen each other for many years, I cherish  my memories of the good old days. Gwen I pray that you find comfort in knowing that God is still on His throne. Please accept my condolences.  - Fred Roberts

Ted was a great officer and a wonderful gentleman whom I had the honor and privilege of serving with.  He was also a good friend and I admired him greatly.  We are all better for having known you. Rest in peace dear brother.

Ted was a great friend. His family adopted us when we first arrived in Verona, Italy.  That's just who they are!  Take your rest, my brother! Condolences to Gwen, Kevin and Keia.

Ted will always be known as a man of dignity, integrity, and discretion.   He was not only a coworker, he was my friend.   He always spoke respectfully and lovingly of his wife and treated everyone as a person of value.   My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.

When I think of Ted, I think of a husband, father, friend, neighbor, and an Air Force officer who was an example for all.   He left the world, and all of us better for for his time here.  RIP.

Ted was always open and friendly with all.  He will be greatly missed.  I send my heartfelt sympathies to his family.

Rest in peace Ted. You know you were my absolute favorite! You worried about your Idabel girls and checked on us often.  You were such a caring and thoughtful friend as well as co-worker. I will always have fond memories of your visits, like when our barge almost sank (twice). You will be greatly missed by so many people who love you and cherish your friendship.  Prayers for your family as I know the ache in their hearts. Until we see you again...

Ted, working with you was a pleasure.  We ALWAYS had fun.  You had a way about you that enriched all those within your sphere.  In sum, you were one of the extraordinarily good guys. You will be dearly missed, my friend.
