Paula Jane Taylor

Paula was born in Norman, Ok on Dec 27, 1955 to Louis and Pauline Hartman. The second of two children, she and her sister Rebecca Morgan lived a love filled childhood. Growing up she graduated from Del City High School and went on to get her nursing degree. She met her husband Marvin Taylor when going on a double date with a friend. He wasn't her date but was so intrigued by the woman he met that he called and asked her for a date. They married on March 22nd, 1974, and in time had three children, Susan, Cindy and Sarah.

Paula loved life, her family and God. Through all of life's adversity and success, Paula kept God as the center of her home and was willing to share with all that she met. She spent her time and focus on her family and blessing them with her love and support. She loved to garden, sew, and relax watching her favorite British comedies, but most of all she loved her time spent with her grandchildren, Aydrah and Hannah.

Paula passed from this life on December 9th, 2024 at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Pauline Hartman, her sister Rebecca Morgan, and her

husband Marvin Taylor. She is survived by her children, Susan, Melissa, Cindy, Sarah and Ryan, and her grandchildren Aydrah and Hannah.

Visitation for Paula will be on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 SE 29th St, Del City. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 am at First Southern Baptist Church, 6400 S. Sooner Rd, in the activity center. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Norman, OK.
