I never met you, but feel like I know you. Your wonderful husband, Russ, has been a blessing to our Sound of Heaven family. Thank you for loving and caring for him the way you did.  He is a true man of God, and personally, his love and sensitivity has been a blessing to me. He’s in love with you, and he has had some hard years; but he always draws strength from Christ.  I also believe Russ listens to what you would have said as well.  Ty for giving him the time to share his ministry to do many. I honor you all these years later.  

Hi Russ! I know I'm a little late writing this, but Rose knows I'm never on time. I miss my best friend,  sister and prayer buddy. She'll always be my special angel. Both of you helped me change my life and I'm forever grateful. Whenever we talk or pray, I feel her presence. Thank you. God bless you and your family.

Thank you for sharing the blessings that are flowing from your tribute to Rose.  It is hard to believe that she was called home 5 years ago. But, I do know that, the pain for the loss of the physical Rose is felt by you every day. 
Think about the love she gave to so many!  In turn, consider for a moment, how that love continues to grow and be passed to yet countless others.  Her legacy is the continuation of love for Jesus passed on to others long since the angel came to bring her home.  How blessed are we who are among those to have known her.

Thinking of you today Russ. I never had the pleasure to meet Rose but she is spoken of so often with so much love that exudes every time her name is mentioned. Praying for a supernatural peace and overwhelming love to encompass Russ today as he remembers all the beautiful memories they shared and can now marvel at the wonderful legacy they created together. Sending lots of hugs and kisses!

I never had the opportunity to meet Rose but I certainly wish I had. I am the overseer of The Sound of Heaven church, where Russ attends. What can I say about Russ except the fact of how much of an amazing person he his. His hugs melt pain and sorrow away (which everyone talks about lol), and his genuine love for the Lord is just so real. Behind every great man is a great woman and I wish I got the opportunity to see the amazing person that helped form this great man. 

There are times and seasons for everything and today is a reminder of the amazing union between Russ and Rose, all they stood for, the legacy they left and legacy Russ will carry on with. We love you my brother!

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I miss so much about you, that at the time seemed unimportant. So many things you did or said without being asked. I miss walking in your house and hearing you call out, Sha? You used to tell us when we were little, " you'll miss me when I'm  gone."   How true? 

I am sitting in the same spot when I received the phone call of your passing. Lake George, NY. I thought it was going to be hard to come back. But  I know no matter where I was Gods  plan for September 5th 2012 was for you. He called you home and there was nothing anyone in this world could have changed.

You will , until my last breath be a part of who I am. So I am having a glass of wine as I write this sitting in an Adirondack chair on the balcony of our room. A Salute' until we meet again .

So sorry to hear of Rose's passing, actually came as a shock.  Although we have been out of touch for many years, just the memory of her, and her kind ways are always thoughts that ask WHY.  But she is now in this hands of our Lord, and peace will always be with her.

I have such fond memories of you from when I was growing up, especially when you took me and Carmine to see the Disney movie Jungle Book.
