I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Lisa at Malawi Kid Shop many years ago. It’s the positive side of Facebook to have been able to see the many happy times that Lisa had enjoyed over the years with her beautiful family and friends. 
My memory of Lisa will always be her beautiful smile  and her enormous love for her family!! She was always so happy!!!

Hi my name is susan and I worked with Lisa at malawi many years ago..she was always so beautiful and kind and strong and funny and adorable.. I loved working with her and continued to see her at trade shows where she always put a giant smile on my face..I am incredibly sorry to hear of her passing.. what I remember most about Lisa was how very very very much she loved her family..what a huge loss💔💔

My thoughts are with your family at this heartbreaking time. I have known Robert since he was a young man helping out at the credit union with his mom and dad who I thought the world of ❤️.  As Robert took over the helm at the credit union our relationship grew.  He and Lisa would come to Albany each year for a conference and always reserve the suite at the Desmond, they were so much in love!  Over the years when Lisa got ill, we would text quite a bit. She always wanted to know how my granddaughter’s were and I would send her encouragement to beat the beast that was within her.  She was so beautiful, and as others have mentioned, her smile lit up the world.  She was SO excited for baby Augie, she fought the valiant fight to be there when he was born, to become a grandmother 🫶🏻.  When he had his medical scare we prayed together while I encouraged her to be positive!   Kacie and Rob, your mom was an angel on earth and is now your angel looking over all of you. Robert, a piece of your heart went with Lisa and she will always be with you.  Sending hugs and love to the family.

To Robert, Kacie and Rob, It's been so long since I have seen Lisa in person, but Hayley has shared her beautiful posts online with me in the past. We were never best friends, but I had intentions of reaching out to her to see if we could do lunch and to see if there was anything I could help her with.  Tomorrow is not promised and I waited too long due to some things in my life, but in reality I could have still reached out. I am devastated by Lisa's passing. Not because we were close friends or family as others are, but because I know what a Beautiful Light she was here on earth. I know what an amazing mother she was to Kacie and Rob, how dedicated she was at SSCM and what a loving and dedicated wife she was to you Rob. Anyone could see that you and Lisa had the type of love that was a Forever Love. I would cry and smile when I heard stories or was shown a post/pictures, and I was in awe of Lisa's resilience, strength, beautiful smile and love as she faced such challenges. I'm sure having all of you to love and support her was a big part of her successful treatment through the years, but she clearly was a fighter and wanted to always be there for you, and with you. I will always remember Lisa by the light in her eyes, her beautiful smile and the amazing human, mother and wife she was, and will always, be in your hearts (and her ability to always be a fashionista, no matter the occasion!). Heaven has been blessed with the most beautiful angel who I know will always be watching over you. Throughout her struggle Lisa really showed us all what it means to live!  It’s so sad that we must say goodbye to our friend such a beautiful soul. All you need to know about Lisa other than being a great mother and wife and also grandmother is that my 8year old daughter met her once and fell in love with her amazing kindness and heart. By the way she only met Lisa once outside of Trader Joe’s! When I told her of Lisa’s passing she said THATS SO SAD SHE WAS SUCH A NICE LADY !! Enough said sympathies to all of her family and friends ! Who are also special people!
