Eleanore Jablonski, age 86, of Deer Park, New York passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022. Eleanore was born November 1, 1935. Beloved mother of Linda (Jon) Macy, Debra (Mark) Massaro and Charles (Kimberly) Jablonski. Cherished grandmother of Taylor, Luke, Christopher, Samantha, Kevin and Jennifer. Loving sister of Ernest (Maryann) Garofala and the Late Marilyn Patti.

A visitation for Eleanore will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home. A visitation will occur Sunday, May 15, 2022. A mass of christian burial will occur Monday, May 16, 2022 at 10:15 AM at Ss Cyril & Methodius RC Church, Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY. A committal service will occur Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:30 AM at St Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY.
